Although the hotel was ideal for families, offering spacious accommodations, the overall experience was mixed. The rooms were not well-maintained, with dirt and hair found in various areas. On the positive side, the location was relatively central and inviting despite some noise disruptions. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of made-to-order options, but service quality left much to be desired with unprofessional behavior observed. Despite some positives, the stay fell short on cleanliness and service standards.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was convenient for exploring the city, wine country, and Marin beach area, the hotel itself needs some work and is due for a renovation. The service was a mix of friendly and attentive staff alongside some shortcomings in handling issues promptly. The dining experience offered a variety of options, but consistently overcooked eggs were a letdown. On the positive side, having the convenience of the hotel constructionsite made certain tasks easier.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the ongoing repairs in the neighboring rooms caused some disturbances. The price I paid was definitely worth the value I received.
